Resources for Celebrating the Tercentenary Year of the Birth of Nano Nagle

Nano Nagle Birthplace – Ballygriffin, Mallow, Co. Cork

Nano Nagle Birthplace is now a living heritage centre located amongst the breath-taking scenery of the Blackwater Valley.

As the birthplace of the foundress of the Presentation Congregation,  the centre provides tranquillity and spirituality and is the perfect location for those looking for some time out in a natural peaceful setting.

The centre’s mission is to promote a vision of eco spirituality – the natural interconnectedness of everything, which leads to personal transformation and a sense of responsibility to our earth and to all living beings.  There are retreats, courses, school programmes, day away programmes and host conferences & events on offer. Visitors can come and do a heritage and an organic farm tour, cosmic walk or work on an allotment and simply enjoy the natural beauty of the place.  (see link to pdf.doc brochure for 2018 below).  Ballygriffin is based in a 32 acre certified organic farm with dining facilities and holiday home accommodation that operates to the highest environmental standards. (See Nano Nagle Birthplace website link).
